@Windstream How come after 5 years of price hikes, constant outages, poor service and endless dead promises do yall still offer internet so devoid of quality yall won't update the phone lines from 1965?BTW it's been 7 months since your service promised to replace my router. Smh.

@Windstream Going to do this in public: My account has been on auto-pay for almost a decade. Got a termination notice today for late payment or lack of payment. I go in my account to check my credit card info and sure enough everything good. Whats the problem on your end?

@Windstream Windstream at Home may have taken awful to new lows. We’ve been in our house since Halloween. November, we would have to call them every day or two. December the internet worked as expected. Slow, but was most always connected. 1/3

@The_mH_Legacy @Windstream Yeah there is literally fiber optic lines on and down my road for a few miles but they still need to run 40 miles of it to connect to the closest ISP. Windstream tech guy told me it would be 2 years minimum until they can get that done. So ya not gonna happen until Starlink.
