Associate Producer - Airrack
Location: North Hollywood, CA (on-site with frequent travel)
Are you driven, proactive, and ready to make big things happen? Airrack, one of YouTube's fastest-growing channels (15M subscribers and counting!), is looking for an Associate Producer with a passion for entertainment and a knack for creative problem-solving. This role is about taking ownership, pushing projects forward, and being adaptable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Project Ownership: From creative brief to execution, you’ll take charge of projects, ensuring all elements align with the vision and are completed on time and within budget.
- Research & Development: Dive deep into research, investigate concepts, and find ways to make even the craziest ideas come to life. You’ll track all details, contacts, and logistics and keep everything organized in spreadsheets.
- Production Involvement: Be a key player in pre-production through wrap, managing logistics, procuring all wardrobe, props, special vendors, locations needed, keeping schedules on track, and solving problems with Supervising Producer as they arise. You’ll ensure production stays smooth and efficient.
- Team Support: Coordinate travel, bookings, and logistics for 5+ team members. You’ll make sure itineraries are seamless, and all transportation, accommodations, and on-set needs are taken care of.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with talent, crew, vendors, and the team to ensure everything runs smoothly. Maintain morale, especially when things get tough, and create a positive environment.
- Flexibility & Adaptability: Step into any role as needed, troubleshoot on the fly.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proactive Problem-Solver: You’re always searching for ways to contribute and can adapt quickly to challenges.
- Production Experience: You've successfully managed complex, on-location productions, not just in-studio shoots.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized: You can juggle multiple projects and keep track of every little detail without getting overwhelmed.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Slack, Monday, Google Calendar, and Ramp (for expense tracking) is a plus.
Passionate & Eager: You’re excited about creating high-value content on a budget and are ready to jump in, take the reins, and make what seems impossible happen.
Compensation: $80-90K
Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 401K plus Unlimited PTO and performance bonuses
